Before you can recruit an Innkeeper, you must first secure the construction plans for the establishment. The Inn Plans are acquired from Mirna in Docarri Village in exchange for four Rainbow Conches. Once acquired, hand the plans over to Jirard the Constructionist in Mirth to erect the physical building.
Finding the Mirth Innkeeper Location
To recruit the manager for your new facility, travel to the Town of Lucent on Wraith Island. Enter the local establishment and speak with Edgar, the current host, regarding the growing settlement.
